I’m a bodyworker who uses herbs, tarot, movement, words, and energetic touch to support my community. I believe in the body, and the importance of centering our bodies in a conscious way to support our healing and our growth. I’m a survivor of sexual trauma, in recovery from an eating disorder and addiction, a queer woman, a writer, an anarchist, and a firm believer in mutual aid and the power of healing as a form of revolution. Rather than be your “healer,” I’m interested in being an ally and a guide on your personal healing journey.
It’s my hope to approach the world with curiosity together, and continue to discover together what it means to be alive, what it means to be well, happy, and in community with one another. I like to think that this journey began when I was 14 years old and my sister gifted me my very first tarot deck, which I still read with. Since then I’ve studied, learned, grown, failed, expanded into who I am today. And I’m still studying, learning, growing, failing, and expanding into my deepest self. All of my practices are trauma-informed, and about re-learning what it means to inhabit our bodies in a way that allows us to be grounded and rooted in our truths.
